Since we have formed, the skillset that we have brought into our projects has been greatly enhanced by the detailed scope of joinery works that we are lucky to be involved in. With our great attention to detail we have won the confidence of our Clients over and over to be commissioned for high end joinery works with both private clients and commercial companies.
During this time, we have formed strong relationships with highly respected interior designers, property developers, architects, private clients as well as the commercial contractors that very much need to adhere to strict building regulations including health and safety guidelines.
Too, we have shaped connections over the years with our suppliers where we have negotiated competitive prices and they have become the extended arms of our package, that we deliver and offer as a benefit to our clients – these additional services include upholstery, metal works as well as marquetry.
To assist you visualising the process in how we work so it can be utilised alongside your way of working, see the steps below that are used for guidance:
STEP 1: PROJECT DETAILS
Client submission of sketches, renders, drawings, material preferences for quotationto the joinery companies.
STEP 2: QUOTE
Upon receiving all the relevant details, depending on the size of the project, we are able to submit the detailed estimate for review within 3- 5 working days including appx. Lead times so you can make an informed decision.
STEP 3: SITE SURVEY
Upon acceptance of the quote, the usual paperwork will follow with site survey to discuss the finer details of the project as well as approval of the samples and taking the measures of the are where the joinery will be installed.
STEP 4: MANUFACTURING
DRAWINGS & LEAD TIMES
Once all the details are set, we will then produce the final shop drawings so that all aspects and elements have been understood, it is then set in a written format. This is the crucial step as designing the final joinery requires a thought through step by step process so it is easy to follow and understand for anyone to read. This also assist in setting the timelines so the client’s and our programme can be aligned.
STEP 5: MANUFACTURE
& INSTALLATION
This is the fun part where all the ideas from the paper, spoken or written are mixed together and are forming into the reality. The client is always welcomed to come in and inspect the joinery progress for two reasons – to ensure that all is in order and for the excitement! Then the D-day comes, when all the so long awaited cabinetry will find itself a place in your home.
