Founder & Director
As the Founder & Director, Milos brings a wealth of expertise and talent to the table as a highly accomplished cabinet maker & joiner. With extensive hands-on experience in both high-end residential and commercial projects, his impressive skills and deep understanding of technical specifications are consistently praised by clients.
Milos is committed to transparency in his work, providing clear communication and expert advice to clients on areas requiring attention or review. Known for his forward-thinking approach and exceptional competence, he is a trusted leader in the field.
VLASTA
Founder & Director
Affectionately known as ‘Val’ by both clients and colleagues, she has excelled for over a decade as a talented Executive Assistant & Office Manager, collaborating closely with C-level executives, board members, and top-level directors. Through this extensive experience, she has honed superb communication and organizational skills, highly valued for translating processes into operational activities and ensuring peak performance.
Val oversees all project developments from inception to completion, drawing on her extensive knowledge and offering practical and innovative solutions as needed. Her dedication and expertise make her an invaluable asset in the field.
CABINET MAKERS & JOINERY FITTERS TEAM
BENCA currently operates with a dedicated team of 3 full-time and 4 part-time cabinet makers and joinery fitters who embody the BENCA ethos. With excellent work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and an innovative approach to design and manufacturing, our team possesses a wealth of knowledge and invaluable experience, ensuring craftsmanship quality that consistently exceeds client expectations.
While our capacity allows us to undertake larger projects, we are mindful of maintaining competitiveness in pricing tenders. Nonetheless, we remain committed to providing ample work opportunities for our skilled staff. We prioritize staff retention and motivation, offering ongoing development opportunities tailored to individual experience and performance.
