Founded in 2013, BENCA team’s combined expertise & knowledge of over 24 years lies in transforming your design ideas into long-lasting bespoke joinery products delivered with meticulous attention to detail and exceeding every highest standard of your quality expectations.
Partnered with talented interior designers, resourceful architects, ambitious property and construction developers as well as ‘passionate about the design’ private clients, we were able to fulfil the most challenging designs and concepts from paper to the seamless reality through developing trustworthy relationships by active listening, proactive attitude and excellent work ethic to becoming a reliable and responsible key contact for the bespoke joinery projects.

Founder & Director
Greatly accomplished and highly talented cabinet maker & joiner with hands-on experience working on high end residential and commercial projects. His impressive cabinet making skills & understanding of the complex technical specifications and how they may impact on other related activities, have been highly valued and respected by his clients.
Always aspiring for the transparency in what he delivers and regularly advises on the matters that may require the client’s attention or review, Milos leads in being forward-thinking & exceptionally competent professional in this field.
VLASTA
Founder & Director
Commonly known as ‘Val’ to the clients and colleagues, she has served over 10 years as a gifted Executive Assistant & Office Manager and worked directly with C-level, board and top level directors and clients. During this time, she has accumulated the superb communication and organisational skills which are very sought after skills, especially when conveying the processes into the operation activities and being on the top of the game. She oversees all the developments in managing all of the projects until the very end and is very knowledgeable within this field and offers practical and innovative solutions where required.
CABINET MAKERS & JOINERY FITTERS TEAM
BENCA currently operates with 3 full time and 4 part time cabinet makers and joinery fitters that share BENCA ethos with excellent work ethic, amazing attention to detail with the innovative approach to the manufacture design, with wealth of knowledge and invaluable experience that provides the confidence and reassurance in craftsmanship quality that exceeds the client’s expectations.
BENCA’s capacity is capable on taking larger projects and we’d be grateful to offer more work opportunities to more skilled staff, however, we, too, have to stay competitive in the pricing tenders in the current environment. We focus on retaining and motivating our current staff as well as offering a further development that has proved more fruitful with the ability to organise work based on the individual’s experience and performance.
